Sandy Cay and near-by Sandy Spit are two small uninhabited islands off the coast of Jost Van Dyke. 

Think of an island in your dreams and you pretty much have a vision of these two gorgeous tropical islands. The larger, Sandy Cay, has  a series of trails running through it's natural botanical gardens.
